Okinawan karate classes carrying on the traditions and teaching of O-Sensei Ralph Lindquist. Who had the first karate school in New Cumberland in the 60s. Cultivating the mind, body and spirit, through a traditional Okinawan self defense art. A formal traditional system, not simply a sports Karate Offering classes for Littles, Youth, and Adults. For ages 4 and up! All students will learn valuable life skills through the practice of Kata (forms), Kumite (Sparring), and Kobudo (weapons). With the physical training being the vehicle to greater life lessons and understandings. Classes are offered 5 nights a week with multiple class times for convenience.
