Andy Kohr is a lifelong resident of New Cumberland. His parents were born and raised here and when it came time to raise his own family, he never considered anywhere else! Andy’s memories are filled with all the things that make a small-town childhood great: swimming in the creek, playing in the park, walking and biking everywhere, and attending Friday night dances.
Andy has been involved in commercial real estate for nearly 25 years and has more than 20 commercial transactions under his belt in New Cumberland and currently works at Landmark Commercial Realty. “My hope is the borough will continue to thrive and prosper, and I want to always feel that I am doing my best to help this along the way,” he says.
Andy currently serves as vice president of the Mt. Olivet Cemetery Association and would enjoy sharing the history of the cemetery and surrounding area with a visiting guest. First, though, he’d make sure his guest experienced a great meal. “Depending on what we needed, we would enjoy a pizza from Villa Roma on Market Street or a sit-down dinner at Nick’s on Bridge Street,” he says.
I am proud to say that we’re working with New Cumberland business leaders and residents to help revitalize our borough as well as our cemetery.
