SUMMARY:A Night of Firsts: Honoring New Cumberland's Heroes
DESCRIPTION:A “NIGHT OF FIRSTS” will be held in the West Shore Theatre from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.  Sponsored by the New Cumberland Olde Towne Association under the chairmanship of Thaddeus Eisenhower\, Mayor of New Cumberland\, the event will honor all of New Cumberland’s first responders. All members of the New Cumberland Fire Department\, the Emergency Medical Services personnel\, the New Cumberland Police Department and the New Cumberland River Rescue will be honored for their service to the community of New Cumberland. Each of these “first” responders will be given a glass art piece with the New Cumberland Borough logo with their name engraved on it and the name of the department that they served under along with a coffee mug. The program will feature guest speakers\, recognition of each member/volunteer and light refreshments. In addition\, several members of the community will be honored for their dedication and service to New Cumberland.  Tickets are available for the public to purchase at www.westshoretheatre.org.
