Join the New Cumberland Public Library as they host the New Cumberland Earth & Arts Festival in partnership with The New Cumberland Collective and the Longwood Gardens Community Read Program! The New Cumberland Earth & Arts Festival is a place to celebrate, learn, grow and create, with environmental advocates, sustainable fashion, community art projects, live music, food trucks, Library tours, a student art exhibit with the Capital Area School for the Arts and much, much more.
