The Friends of the New Cumberland Public Library will hold their annual plant sale on Saturday, April 29 from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM on the lawn area of Foundation House. The plant sale will feature annuals, vegetables, herbs, perennials, and hanging baskets at bargain basement prices! Concessions will be available.
